This Monday marks a new kind of Mayhem on Mondays here in the Cedar Valley. We will be hosting Open Water Swims at George Wyth State Park at the beach every Monday night at 6pm. There is a $1 suggested donation. Bring a swim cap and a smile!
After the OWS, we’ll continue to have group Trail Runs at 7 pm from the same beach area. No one left behind for a fun, off-road group run that will go 3 to 6 miles each time. Learn the trails and train with a fun-loving group of runners.
