Our goal is to create opportunities that encourage and support all ability levels on their unique wellness journey. We currently host four run club events a week, one coached run workout, two circuit classes, and a group long run on the weekend. Workouts are for Members and Non-Members alike. Every Thursday we offer a coached workout for all abilities from alternating locations in Cedar Falls and Waterloo. All abilities are always encouraged and just to let everyone know how much we appreciate the effort, Single Speed Brewing Co. offers every runner a free pint after the workout every Thursday night!
Saturday mornings at 7 a.m., year-round. Group run for all abilities from Pfeiffer Park in Cedar Falls. All faces and paces are encouraged to kick the weekend off on the right foot by joining the most positive community in the Cedar Valley. Out-of-towners are always welcome as well.
On Monday and Wednesday evenings from 6:15 to 7 p.m., TRF turns into the hippest training facility in the Cedar Valley and offers Full-Body, Circuit Classes designed to increase strength, endurance, and flexibility while decreasing injury risk. Bryan Rutledge of Rutledge Fitness, Certified Group Exercise Coach, keeps his foot on the gas for forty-five minutes with Monday's circuit being 100% strength focused while Wednesday's circuit offers an extended warm down for core and flexibility.
