TRF Run club

Our goal is to create opportunities that encourage and support all ability levels on their unique wellness journey.  We currently host four run club events a week, one coached run workout, two circuit classes, and a group long run on the weekend. Workouts are for Members and Non-Members alike. Please inquire below for more information.
