We don't really care if you run hilly on Mondays but we do want to encourage you to run hilly at least once a week! Hills are like free money. They increase leg strength, build core and arm strength, improve your form and economy, and increase your turnover, all while doing the same thing you'd be doing anyway, running. So check out our list of local spots to get some vert! And while you're at it, check out our monthly incentives to challenge yourself and maybe snag some prizes too!
