The Runner’s Flat is locally owned by owners born, raised, and continuing to live in the Cedar Valley. As part of the community, we desire to go above and beyond to give back and support those we serve. Here are a few of the ways in which we are proud to serve the community.

We love to support events and fundraisers with donations, both monetary and in goods. We focus on encouraging and strengthening healthy lifestyles of children and their families.

Athletes of all ages from grade school thru college receive discounts on each and every shoe purchased for their sport. We also offer discount programs to teams when they schedule a group team night, saving them even more money.

TRF hosts two winter and one fall event and gives 100% of all proceeds back to Hartman Reserve Nature Center and George Wyth State Park, both community entities that offer wonderful educational programming to school kids throughout the Cedar Valley.

Portions of paid memberships go to multiple organizations including the N.E. Iowa Food Bank and the Cedar Bend Humane Society.
