You guys rocked the 4 hour ruck in Cedar Ridge! 

So here we go again...

Community ruck for ALL AGES & ABILITIES in Black Hawk Park, Cedar Falls. We'll rally at the Riverview Shelter to start the ruck and end with an ice bath recovery in the river (or Ice Barrels if the river is up).

Bonfire and potluck to follow. Tell your friends and get your mind ready as we'll go sun, rain, hail, or snow.
